I am unable to change the "Music, Podcasts, News & iTunes U" from clean because it is grayed out. How can I change this? I am unable to listen to any of the explicit podcasts I have downloaded. I can listen to them in iTunes but not on my phone because I cannot change this restriction. What do I do?

What country is the "Ratings For" under the Allowed Content section set to?

To change any options in Restriction, first you need to enable restrictions.
I am in the US. There should be no restrictions due to the I would think.
The restrictions is on your iPhone.
Settings > General > Restrictions > check here, note to change any options you need to enable restrictions
My restrictions have been enabled already. The problem is that I cannot change the "podcast, music ......" It is set to "clean" and is grayed out. That's the problem. I can't change it at all. Is there something in iTunes I need to set? Or is this an issue with iOS? I've seen this as an issue with other people.
