How to edit video shot in both landscape and portrait

SO hubby shot a video of daughters wedding with iPhone 5 but kept turning it from portrait to landscape. Is there any way of editing it to get it one perspective?

It's generally better to edit the portrait clips into a landscape frame than vice versa. How that's done (the specific operations) depends on the editing software you use. But the result is that the landscape clips fill the entire frame and the portrait clips have wide pillar bars on either side, While it is technically possible to fill the landscape-oriented frame with the portrait image, the results are typically unsatisfactory because of excessive zooming and cropping.

Good luck.
