Q: Is there any way to get iOS 6 for my iPhone 4?

If this process completes and the iPhone 4 is able to handle iOS 7, one good thing is that I'll be able to run some apps that don't work in iOS 6.

The one new thing I did today was to remove and reinsert the SIM card.

I've heard it said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, but sometimes that's exactly what's needed to solve a problem.

Syncing has completed and everything seems to be fine. I've sent and received texts and phone calls. All my contacts, music, and photos are on the phone. My calendars are syncing with the calendar on my iMac. And the iPhone 4 seems to be fine running iOS 7, despite the reports I had read. Perhaps those reports were based on an early version of iOS 7.
