I don't know where you download video but if you want to download video from youtube, You can go app store and download soft called video downloader lite super. It's will help you download video from youtube.

Already I did serch Apple Store downloder app Also tubemate youtube downloder but .there did not showing the app .at last did serch google then find thouse appliction click downlod but there error massge this country region can't download should change
