You are running on reserve power error message?

I get this message instead of the 'low battery' message I usually get. Here is information on my battery:

Charge Information:

Charge Remaining (mAh): 186

Fully Charged: No

Charging: Yes

Full Charge Capacity (mAh): 6514


Health Information:

Cycle Count: 401

Condition: Normal

Battery Installed: Yes

Amperage (mA): 2376

Voltage (mV): 11320


How do I go about getting a new battery? (Macbook Pro 15 inch, Mid 2012)

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

Hi x,


These batts have a micro-processor built in and they can get flaky. Your batt stats look fine. About how much actual run time are you getting from a full batt charge?


EDIT: Also, are you posting about a PowerBook or the MBP you have listed in your info? (If so, you accidentally posted in the PB forum instead of the MBP forum.)
