There is no more Bluetooth DUN after updating to El Capitan?

Until OS X Mavericks this option existed, but from the El Capitan it disappeared.

Is there a way to “migrate” Bluetooth DUN (Dial Up Networking) from the previous system to the new one?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

Hey César.Munhóz,

I understand you would like to use Bluetooth DUN (Dial Up Networking) with El Capitan, but I'm not sure of the hardware you wish to use.

This article, OS X El Capitan: Connect to the Internet using Bluetooth dial-up networking says you can add it with El Capitan.

If you set up your computer to use a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone to dial your wireless service provider and connect to the Internet, you can use the Network pane of System Preferences to start an Internet session.

  1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Network.

  2. Select Bluetooth DUN in the list of network connection services.

If Bluetooth DUN isn’t in the list, click the Add buttonUser uploaded file, click the Interface pop-up menu, then choose Bluetooth DUN.

  3. Click the Configuration pop-up menu, then choose a configuration.

If you don’t see a configuration, click the Configuration pop-up menu, choose Add Configuration, then enter the settings for your wireless service provider.

  4. Click Connect.

Is that what you need?

Take care.
