Q: error 4013, locked on connect iTunes screen

Very desperately trying to fix error 4013, I've already updated my macbook pro software and iTunes, I've restarted and tried recovery mode, I've tried two different usb cords and all of my usb outlets and NOTHING is working, my iPhone 5s is locked in the "connect to iTunes" screen, it gives me the option to update or restore it

when i select update it tells me i need to restore it, when i select restore it says error 4013, I've been locked out of my phone for 3 days now and have no idea whats wrong, I've seen some people say its hardware and others say its a security issue, I've been on this page: If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support a million times with no help, someone PLEASE send help
