Q: Facetime person calling does not see me

During the last four weeks when I Facetime someone or they Facetime me they do not see me just a black screen.

On my Ipad I can see them and I also can see the small picture of me.

This also has been happening on my wife's ipad.

We have not done anything in settings etc just updated the IOS to 9.

iPad 2, iOS 8.3

sorry this his suggestion was no help.
my camera is fine. The problem is people I FaceTime do not see me. I see me, I see them.
