Download error

i can't download certain podcasts. It gets downloaded 100%, but when it gets to processing, I get a download error. I've used these forums and searched for my answers in the past but can't seem to find this one. Also, this only started about a week ago.. I thought it might've been the server I was trying to download from and it very well could be but I just want to make sure I'm good on my end. Thanks
