Q: Old Apple IDs

I keep getting a pop up that asks me to sign in with my old apple id from an old email address, I click cancel and another pop up appears asking for the password on a second old email address-- all the while I'm signed in with my current ID. I tried signing out and signing back in, resetting the phone, wiping the phone and restoring from a back up.
