iOS copy paste problem-first few words always missing after I paste!

Since updating to iOS9 i have this stupid problem that Apple still hasn't fixed.

Whenever I copy text into any app from Safari, such as into a email or text the whole copied text has the first few words missing after it's been pasted! This is extremely annoying and happens every time on both my iPad and iPhone. Air 2 and 6+
