When connected bluetooth, my phone doesn't ring. I want it to?

Is there a way to connect via bluetooth, but the phone also makes sound?

If your iPhone does not ring when connected to your Apple Watch, check that you have not enabled Do Not Disturb on either device and that mirroring is not enabled for that mode:

On your watch: swipe up on the watch face, swipe left/right to the Settings glance, check that Do Not Disturb is not enabled (the moon icon).

On your iPhone: Settings > Do Not Disturb - check that Manual is not enabled and that Scheduled is either disabled or set according to your preferences.

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Do Not Disturb - check that Mirror iPhone is not enabled.

If you experience difficulties using Apple Watch in conjunction with car Bluetooth systems, a possible workaround is to place your watch into flight mode for the duration of your car journey.

More generally, you may find that it helps to restart both your iPhone and your watch. Turn both devices off first, then restart your iPhone before restarting your watch:

- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off;

- To turn it on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
