Why are there multicolored lines on my screen?

Hi all,

When I turned on my phone this morning, at approx. 6:05 AM, there were these multicolored lines on the right side of my screen. On the bottom, was like lines colored the screen's color. Apparently, these lines hold down as if i were pressing in all these areas at once, making it impossible to even type my passcode or open apps, as it keeps pressing the music app and doing random things, because it's pressing down. I tried searching for the same problem, but I think I'm the first. Any help?
