'Allow Calls on Other Devices' - Remove Device

I have an iPhone 6 and tried out an Apple Watch for a few weeks which I returned. Now however, under Settings > Phone > Calls I have an option called 'Allow Calls on Other Devices' where my former Apple Watch is listed as a device.

I've turned it off, but as I no longer have the Apple Watch, is there any way to remove the device from my phone? I even tried setting up my iPhone as new device and it is still there. I assume it is tied to my iCloud account somehow - but the question is, how do I remove it?!?!

I Know nothing about the  Watch, but if you want to remove a device from iCloud that you no longer have, look here.

I'm having the same issue as tmlfan007 but for some reason I get two iMac's appearing in the dialogue and I'm not sure which one is the correct one and how I can remove the other.

Hope someone out there has a solution, because with them both active I'm not able to get my iMac to receive any calls.

I had the same issue with duplicate devices appearing, and changing my iCloud password via appleid.apple.com resolved the issue.
