No FaceTime on my iPhone 6 (iOS 9.1)

Hello Everyone

I bought my iPhone 6 from Beirut, Lebanon and then after moving to Milano, Italy I discovered that I don't have FaceTime.

I had several iPhones in the past , and I bought them all in Beirut (FaceTime is not banned in Lebanon) and I was using Face Time. in Beirut earlier in my old iPhones..

I thought first maybe its not a built in app anymore and that I have to download it ...I tried researching Face Time in the App Store but couldn't find the right one (green icon)..

I was checking for some solutions on the web , they mentioned something about cydia but i believe its a jail breaking app..

Can someone please send me a solution as Face Time is essential for me.

Mobile: Iphone 6

Software: iOS 9.1

Available Storage: 5 GB out of 16 GB

If your iPhone’s model number has AB or AE as the country code, it won’t have FaceTime in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, or any country outside of the Middle East; in that case, you need to sell it and buy one which originated from a different region. If not, check the device’s restrictions.
