its fine right if i continue using iphone 6s plus home button instead of assistive touch??
home button doesnt have any problem right now.
i am afraid just because i dont want that home button get affected negatively .

The decision to use the Home button or Assistive Touch is completely up to you. Of course, if you are using Touch ID, then Assistive Touch will not work. I've always used the Home button on all of my devices, and I've had iPhones since the beginning, and I've never experienced a problem with the home button functioning.
