I have my photos from my phone sync to my computer. I get the general gist of how this works but there are several things I don't understand such as if I delete a photo on my phone (that was taken on my phone) like a screen shot. Why does it not delete from my computer as well?

Are you using the iCloud Photo Library?
If you are using iCLoud Photo library then all changes made on one system are made on all - otherwise there are separate and no changes are made anywhere except on the system where the change is made

I took pictures on my phone. They showed up on my computer. I deleted them from my phone they are still on my computer. What do my settings need to be so that if I delete them in one place they will delete in both?
In photo preference on my computer I have My Photo stream checked and iCloud photo sharing checked (not iCloud photo library). On my phone iCloud photo library is checked. What do my settings need to be on each device so when I do something (like delete a photo) on my phone it will also delete on my computer?
They need to be the same, iCloud Library on both.
How do I delete a photo on my phone and have it delete from my computer too?
