Unfortunately, you can't fix this. There are a number of Apple programs that have invalid digital signatures. You seem to have run EtreCheck at just the right time to discover new ones. Apparently, one the programs that Apple doesn't properly sign is the Malware Removal Tool.


I have filed a bug report with Apple. I will also update EtreCheck to hide this failure by default. Thanks for reporting it.
