For some reason, whenever I try to go to sort my movies in iTunes, the sorting option is grayed out. For example, i want to sort the Star Wars saga into their correct viewing order as they are all sorted by title, not chronological order. Is there a way to do this?

Unfortunate! After the supporter instructed me for set a permissions at my computer's Administrator and my account on its Window 10, then I clicked to choice a movie for playing it but no appeared its play or no played to turn on. It is not good! Recommend [the supports] to contact the Microsoft company for fixing its problem. Not helping!! 😟
I found out that's movie has appeared it with used FF clicked and it is frozen and its playing is not worked and not running. It is stuck! It is just a picture that is all.
This didn't work. I should mention that these are digital HD movies, not videos on my PC. Am i able to change the sorting on them?
No, you cannot edit the tag information for content that isn't downloaded to your computer.
