IKE or IPSec VPN - No "send all traffic" option

When connected to our company's wireless network and using the built-in VPN client, I found out that the traffic destined for local addresses do not go through the tunnel, but directly out to the wireless network. I'd like to create an IKE or IPSec VPN configuration that sends all traffic from the iPhone through the tunnel while it is active.

I see where I have the option to "Send All Traffic" in a PPTP or L2TP VPN, but not with an IKE or IPSec VPN. And unfortunately, using PPTP or L2TP is not an option for us.

Anyone else come across this situation, and if so, how did you resolve it?
