Go to iCloud back up now on iphone 5s
Then when you set iphone 6s use same apple ID & iCloud back up
Do this over your WiFi .

Nov 20, 2015 12:30 PM in response to davie27by Michael Black,Plug the iPhone 5s into iTunes and make an encrypted backup (do NOT forget the encryption passcode). An encrypted backup is the most complete data backup you can make for an iOS device as it includes passwords and other such sensitive data that is not part of an unencrypted or iCloud backup.
Then, plug in the new 6s and restore it from that backup. Your new phone should be set up exactly like your old one, even settings.

Before you backup to iCloud update iphone 5s to ios 9.1 or backup
Will not work on iphone 6s.
