That is correct. The iPhone will not connect with the Samsung via Bluetooth. What is it that you are trying to do? File transfer is not supported by the iPhone Bluetooth profile, since that seems to be the usual question people ask.

Assuming you are attempting to pair for purposes of file transfer, yes it is expected behaviour.

Thanks Everyone, Yes, I wanted to transfer files. Samsung says, it has paired but file transfer is failed. While iphone 6S pops the message "Not Supported"
So this is a expected behavior.
