Because you are still experiencing unexpected heat from your Mac, I suggest contacting Apple Support. Alternately, you can come into an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider if you choose to as well. 

Instead, contact Apple or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
