Not able to download xcode from appstore

Hi,

Can someone look into below error msg from CONSOLE and let me know whats going on? I am trying to download xcode from appstore and getting error, when i checked console I found below error details.

I use to have xcode before which i removed long ago but now i am planning to learn to develop apps and xcode the not getting downloaded.

Any help would be appreciated.

OS Installed - OS X - El Capitan

Version - 10.11.1
