Help! I accidentally clicked on a phishing link!

I received a phishing email from someone posing as Amazon. I didn't realize it was phishing till I opened it. When I realized it I deleted it. When I later went into Safari a fake offer superimposed on the screen. While trying to close it I accidentally clicked on the "OK" button and it disappeared. Have I hacked my entire phone? Any suggestions for immediate triage are welcome! Terry
