my script stopped working...

error "Numbers got an error: Can’t get row 1 of table 1 of sheet \"Checklist\" of document 1 whose value of cell 1 = missing value. Invalid index." number -1719

This is the error I get, could somebody please help I worked on this script a lot, and I love it now I don't know why, it just won't work.
