Yesterday, i couldn't connect to the app store and found on some forums that the solution was to run First Aid in Key Chain. The First Aid option isn't listed in my drop down when I click on Key Chain Access. Does anyone know how to get it to show up so i can run this utility or is there another way to fix the keys and certs?
I appreciate any assistance.

Are you running OS 10.7.4 or El Capitan (10.11)?
Im using 10.11 El Capitan. I think the forum pulls my version from the serial number on my Air as it originally shipped with 10.7.4 and I can't see how to change it to 10.11.

It didn't work. Notice that First Aid is not an option on the drop down. This is after I followed the steps in the Resetting your keychain in Mac OS X article you attached.

No the system information displayed is what you entered at one point. To change the system information, click on your name and you will see your system information displayed below and a link to edit it.
Interesting... is this an admin user or non-admin user?
Have you tried the keyboard sequence?
I tried the shortcut and it just did the error sound and didn't do anything. This is with keychain open. I am the Admin and also looked at the user settings incase something was off there and i didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Im the only user and guest is off.
I will update my information on the site so there is no more confusion as to my OS.

This has been resolved. I was using beta which was causing the problem.
