Hi. What year and model Macbook do you have? How do you know it's completely charged? does it have a removable battery? Did you push the button down on the battery that tells the amount of charge? Does the magsafe show a light on where it connects to the Macbook?Sometime if the battery is defective it will not start unless the battery is removed. You could also have a defective dc in board or a defective on button. Do you get a startup chime?

Hi. ON the 2008 Macbook the battery is removable. You turn it over and turn the circle with the slot in it and it comes right out. There is also on the battery a small button that you can push and a row of lights will come on if it's charged. If the battery is shorted or dead sometimes the Macbook will not power on. When the magsafe is charging the battery the light on the magsafe will glow a yellowish red.
