Installed fiber optic communications to wole house. My Samsung laptop connects to the internet. My husband's Motorola connects to the internet. The BIG PROBLEM I cannot get my Apple Iphone 6+ to connect to the internet. When I check wifi there is a ceck mark next to the name of my network. It shows the wifi symbol and tat it secured with a lock symbol. Any help would be appreciated.

What happens when you enter the password for your WiFi network?
My iphone never asked for a password. I did the forget network part. Then I went back to connect to a network. It asked for the security code and I put it in and the network showed up again with the check mark. I have one thought but i'm not sure. I don't don't if the installer used Capital letters or lower case letters when he entered the security code. I asked him if it mattered if I used either or and he said no. Should I go back and try forgetting the network and reentering the password with capitol letters? Thanks for your help.
