iPhone/iPad App sync to iTunes
iPhone & iPad stopped syncing updated apps via USB back to iTunes.
iOS 9.1, Mac OS 10.10.5, iTunes 12.3.1.23
Why?...How is this fixed?

With iOS 9 apps will no longer copy back from a device, probably due to a new developer feature called 'app thinning' which allows only what is needed for an app on a device to be downloaded onto that device - so it may not be a 'complete' app on a device. You will need to download the updates directly on your computer's iTunes
