Hello

A friend of mine as a HP printer that was Out of order. He bought today a Canon MG 5650. The printer is correctly installed we could print from safari for example, but it is impossible to print from iPhoto, if i choose a photo and type print (Cmd-P) the screen goes black and the only option is force to quit.

I have rebuild the iPhoto Library, reinstall the driver , and we still have the bug : impossible to print a photo from iPhoto.

I got a message telling that some software (iPhoto) use all the memory of the mac ...

The iMac is under yosemite.

As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?

Just tested . It works with a new library with one picture, But not with the original Library even after e rebuild ...

It is any photo in the original library that can't print or just one or two? Do you still have the migrated iPhoto library and the iPhoto application? If so what version is the iPhoto application?
