Copying iTunes Music/Playlist to Acer Iconia Tablet (Win10)

Yet again I am at the end of my tether with Apple products.

The story so far - my wife has an Acer Iconia Tablet running Windows 10, onto which I have loaded iTunes. Our main iTunes library is stored on a Netbook running Windows 7.

It all seems so easy on the Apple website - just a few clicks and you can copy your iTunes music/libraries over. However, a week later and I must have tried every option on the Apple help areas, and also checking through various forums, all without success.

I have come to the conclusion that despite iTunes being available to install on this tablet, iTunes itself will not co-operate!!! Would be grateful if anyone could confirm if what I am trying to do is possible - if not, I'll have to faff around with music converters to copy it all across, but my wife does want to keep iTunes as the player.
