How do I update iOS 4.3.3 to iOS 9.1 on my iPad2?

Hello, and sorry for my english.

I bought the device (iPad2 - 16GB / Wi-Fi / GSM / 3G) in Ebay a long time ago. I didn't updated the software since 2011. The device for many months lay on the shelves, there were problems with the batteries. I recently replaced the battery and specialist (he was shocked) recommended software upgrade to the latest version. But, in a pure "Windows 8.1 x64 + iTunes 12.3.1.23" and "MacOS 10.7.5 + iTunes 12.2.2.25", when I try to update the iOS version 4.3.3 (yes, I have version 4.3.3!) to version 9.1 - get error 9.

Software: Only system, drivers and iTunes.

Cable: Original (from the box).

Security/Anti-virus/Firewall: Not used.

I changed computers, operating systems, software and cables, and I used DFU / Recovery Mode. I made clean the device - Settings> General> Reset> Erase All Content and Settings. And repeat all the attempt. But, ohhhh... Link http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4972 didn't helped. Contact Support I can not because of problems with the language. I can read and write (with a dictionary or translator), but not talking. And free support is not available a long time ago.

What are your tips? Who can help me?
