Q: Scroll or voice search of my content with Siri remote

Is there a way to either use the accelerating scroll search from older Apple TV models or to use Siri's voice search to search through my purchased movies and music?  I have several hundred purchased movies, and several thousand songs.  Without either of these features, the new Apple TV presents a horrible user experience to anyone who has already purchased a large library of material.  Suggestions as to some other workaround are also welcome.

Are these movies you've purchased in iTunes? If yes you can Siri voice search those. Just say "I want to watch movie name" and it will give you the option to play from iTunes if you own it, purchase it or rent from iTunes if you don't own it or stream from a service like Netflix if its available there.

If you're talking about movies you've ripped and made available via home sharing then I don't think you can voice search that content yet.

Regarding Music Apple has stated that Siri voice search integration for Apple Music is coming in 2016.

About 350 movies purchased from iTunes, and about five thousand songs, perhaps a thousand purchased from Apple and the rest ripped from CDs or purchased at Amazon.  The lack of a high-speed search is also inconvenient for TV shows for which I haver purchased several seasons, and must scroll slowly, a few at a time, to get to the more recent episodes.  I am tempted to revert to the older Apple TV, but I thought that Apple might have some faster scroll capability that I am simply missing.
