Xsan 4.1 expansion fail

Hi

we were having a Xsan volume running from Mac OS 10.11.1 and we were trying to add one more Lin to the existing volume. While the process, it end with a error and the xsan pane went off. When we turn in the pane again it asks two options, to create a new San or join an existing San. We have no idea what happened to the configuration. We had a time machine back up minutes before the expansion but restoring to that and trying to start the volume it fails. We run cvfsck and get below message:

server:~ administrator$ sudo cvfsck -wv Edit

Checked Build disabled - default.
