Q: Help just upgraded to the 6S Plus and i am unable to get my old ringtones that i purchased

i did not sync my computer before getting a new phone i came off of straight talk to verizon and i no longer have my purchased ringtones some of which i have had for years. i have tried backing up to the cloud and still no luck. when i go to buy the ringtone again it tells me i have already purchased this item would i like to buy again. how do i fix this.
