Music on I-phone 6

I recently purchased an I phone 6 upgraded from I-phone 4S. Most of my music did not transfer and the ones that did some of the songs on an album are grayed out. On the 4s I had to download from the cloud but for some reason on the new phone I do not see how to get them back out of the cloud.

Any thoughts. Also, some of my music will not play if not connected to WI-FI. Help miss my music!

Hi lfariss,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems you want to download more music to the iPhone. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

Get help with iTunes Match - Apple Support

If you can’t see your iTunes Match library on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If your iTunes Match library is missing, restart your iOS device.

If you still can't see it after the restart:

  1. Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.
    1. Go to Settings > Music.
    2. Turn off iCloud Music Library.
    3. Close Settings.
    4. Go to Settings > Music.
    5. Turn on iCloud Music Library.
  2. Sign out of iTunes and then sign back in.

Cheers
