After importing into iPhoto using John's suggested method you'll have to drag the photo from the Last Import window to the album of your choice.
Another method is to drag the photo from the email to the Desktop and from there into the iPhoto library and into the album. Delete the photo from the library after the import is completed.
Thanks Old Toad. I also found I could move it across from one of the choices when I downloaded.
I have installed a program called Momento which makes calendars, books etc and now need to work out how to copy that album into Momento. Any suggestions?
You'll have to export the photos to a folder on the Desktop and from there into Momento.
