Q: How can i stop the apple logo appearing when opening applications on my ipad?

I can't open any application on my ipad. I have tried to do a forced shut down and its still comes up with apple logo whenever I try to open an application

Hi Narelle,

I understand that upon opening an app on your iPad the device appears to start up (displaying the Apple logo). Fortunately we've an article (linked below) that details what to do in just such a situation.
