Q: When I move the cursor over the "download" link, it does not change to a pointing hand.  The arrow icon next to it opens a window with options, one of which is "copy link" bu nothing happens when I click on it.

I'm trying to download iOS 10.11.1 but it won't download.  When I am on the El Capitan page, and I move the cursor over the "download" link, it does not change to a pointing hand.  The arrow icon next to it opens a window with options, one of which is "copy link," but nothing happens when I click on it.
