Q: I have the 6s, can't access my music. Have synced it manually at least 5 times.

My music is not coming up when I press the music icon. Only a pic of a girl in headphones. I have synced the phone manually, and my music shows on my device when linked to the computer.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1, New phone, came back after 9 months

    Hi there mandabach88,

It sounds like your Music app isn't loading correctly even after syncing your music a few times and syncing in different ways. I would next quit the Music and the Settings apps:

Force an app to close in iOS
    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330

    1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
    2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
    3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again. This process should reset both apps and allow access:

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If the issue persists and you still cannot get the Music app to load properly, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works.

How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups

If it does work when restored as new, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.
