Q: Not receiving email on my rescue mail.. I want to change my Apple ID password

I want to change my Apple ID password but I forgot the answers of the both question they are asking. Now when I want to reset it am not receiving any email from Apple in the mail I given as rescue email..

iPhone 5s, iOS 8
