MY email address changed so I changed it on my iPhone. It shows up with the new ID in settings but when I try to update apps, the App Store shows old ID. and I can't c the ID It only lets me enter my password.

Q: How to rename my iTunes account
With your new email address did you create a new iTunes account or update the primary email address on your existing account (Change your Apple ID - Apple Support) ? If you did the former then try logging out of the account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store or at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in with the new version (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support)
