TRansfering to new computer from XP music library

I have 5500 songs in My Library on an XP computer that I want to transfer to my new windows 10. I bought all the songs on CD's or created with my voice and guitar on Karioke. I bought just a few from Apple Store. How can I transfer so I can ultimately put about 100 on my iPad or iPhone?

iPhone 6 Plus, I have most music from old CD's

Hi hi!

It sounds like you need to move or copy your iTunes library over to your new computer so you can sync your content to your phone. This article should help you do that in a couple ways:
