You can view much of the contents of your iCloud storage by using a web browser and going to www.icloud.com and logging in to your account. You can see your email, contacts, calendar, photos, notes, reminders, the contents of your iCloud Drive, etc.

One thing you can not see on the web page is any music stored in the iCloud Music Library. You can see this in the iTunes application on your computer. A cloud icon will appear next to songs that are in iCloud. See this article - About iCloud Music Library icons and status.
