DJs! Recording itunes mix straight into garageband?

Amigos! Two DJ questions:

1) How does one record an itunes mix directly off itunes into garageband, maintaining the quality of the tracks? I am not plugging in from another machine or any mixing board, just straight from itunes onto garageband to make a track/mix with no bleed from other sounds.

2) Assuming I make do a track on garageband, I want to bounce it to mixcloud or some DJ mix site. How does one do this?
