    Good Afternoon RowantangyE,

If you don't receive the email verifications to reset your security questions, follow the steps below:

If you didn‘t receive your verification or reset email

    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201455

    Search for the email

We'll send the email from "Apple," so you can quickly search for it. If it isn't in your inbox, check your folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.

Make sure you're checking the correct email account

If you're looking for a password reset email, make sure you're checking the correct email inbox. It will either be your primary Apple ID email address or a separate rescue or notification email address that you added to your account.

If you're looking for a verification email, you can sign in to your Apple ID account page and review all the email addresses you have on file, including the one that you're trying to verify. If the email address is incorrect, you can update it and send another verification email.

    Resend the email

To resend a reset email, repeat the steps to reset your password or security questions, and we'll send an email to your rescue or primary Apple ID email address.

To resend the verification email, sign in to your Apple ID account page. Click Resend next to the email address that you want to verify, and we'll send an email to that address.

    Contact us

Go to System Status and see if Apple ID is available. If you still can't find the reset email or verification email, contact Apple Support.

Email addresses tied to your Apple ID account

Your Apple ID has different types of email addresses on file. Some email addresses come with your Apple ID account and some are optional.

    Primary email address
This address is your Apple ID. You can see it by signing in to Apple services like iCloud, iTunes, and the App Store.

    Alternate email addresses
These are additional email addresses that can help people find you on Apple services like FaceTime, iMessage, GameCenter, and Find my Friends.

    Rescue email address
This is an optional email address that you can add to your account for more security. You can see it by signing in to My Apple ID and checking under Password and Security.

    Notification email address
This email address is only used when you have two step verification set up. If you had a rescue email address and then set up two step verification, the rescue email address becomes your notification email address.

    Take care,
