Windows 10 on MacBook Pro 13" Mid-2009

I've installed Windows 10 64-bit on my Mac. After many weeks that I've tried, it turns out it becomes slower. I tried installing Windows XP on my Mac, and it runs smoothly. I decided to upgrade to Windows 7 and reinstall my programs. After many days installing updates (after restarting Mac), I have "Get Windows 10" notification. My question is possible to install Windows 10 32-bit on my Mac?

I do not recommend W10 on an unsupported 2009 Mac. It will lead to many issues. If it is a toy and not a critical resource that you are willing to wipe and clean if there are issues, you can play with W10.

You have experienced the problems first-hand anyway.
