Mixed languages in shut down dialogue

Since I upgraded to El Capitan my shut-down dialogue appears in 2 different languages:

User uploaded file

My system language is german.

Furthermore: even though the check-box to reopen windows is checked it will always reopen with all wndows closed and will also forget that I chose to see Finder windows in column-view.

Any ideas?

1. There are bugs in some language localizations, and that may be what this is.

2. From the menu bar, select

 ▹ System Preferences... ▹ Language & Region

Deselect each unwanted language from the list and click OK. Then select your region from the Region menu.

Close the preference pane. You may have to log out and log back in for the change to take effect.

3. If there's no change, reset the PRAM.

Issue solved in this way:

From Change the language used at the login screen on your Mac - Apple Support

  1. Log in as an admin user.
  2. Open Terminal from the Utilities folder.
  3. Type or paste this command in Terminal:sudo languagesetup
  4. Press Return.
  5. When prompted for a password, enter an administrator account password and press Return.
  6. A list of available languages is displayed. Type the number that appears next to the language you want to use, then press Return.
  7. Quit Terminal.

The next time you log out or restart your Mac, the login screen uses the language you set.
