Phone is only 1 month old today, and I have already encountered two problems, the first of which after 2 lengthy calls to apple support, I was able to fix for myself. However having noted similar problems encountered by many others, it appears there is no easy fix.
Noted that many are told to contact AMEX, but this is not their problem, others who take their phones to an apple stores cannot get a fix, and are either given new or refurbished replacement phones.....Does anyone have a fix to this problem as it is most annoying having just paid over £600 for the phone to have these sort of glitches, and my nearest apple store is over over 100 miles away.
